What does stress do to your beautiful skin and body? I don’t want to cause you any additional angst, but stress can affect the way you look.
Did you know you can break out at any age? Stress causes your adrenal glands to go into overdrive, which produces oil in glands and then…breakouts! Skin care truly does begin on the inside. To avoid zits when you know you’ll be stressed out, drink hot water with lemon.
Invest in a Body Brush
It helps to do an external detox. Exfoliate to remove dead skin cells and unclog pores. If you’re prone to body breakouts due to stress, invest in a body brush. Do a dry brushing before you shower. It not only feels good and improves your circulation, but it removes dead skin cells that clog pores. Gently brushing your body is an incredibly calming exercise.
