Elegant Sweet Potatoes Souffle
From Jim Brickman Beautiful World Cookbook – Page 65

It’s hard to believe a vegetable as delicious as sweet potatoes is so healthy and nutritious. Put it in a souffle and you’ve got one of my favorite dishes on the Thanksgiving table. I used to love it topped with marshmallows and cherries. But now I want something without all those added calories.
My friends Mike and Teri make this sweet potato recipe that’s low in sugar but high in flavor. Instead of topping it with marshmallows they use pecans. That sounds delicious, doesn’t it? Give this recipe a try during the holiday season and let me know how you like it!

I hope you enjoy this delicious Sweet Potatoes Souffle recipe from the Beautiful World cookbook. The book is filled with wonderful All-American and International recipes submitted by my friends across the country and around the world..
