Interview with Kristin McGee – Celebrity Yoga & Pilates Instructor

We Love having Kristin McGee on our show, she is joining us on the show this weekend to tell us all about her new book, “Chair Yoga”.  “Chair Yoga” is all about how to sneak health and wellness into your day.  

But why Yoga?

Yoga is the perfect exercise because all you need is your body, mind and breath.  Her book contains over 100 unique exercises designed to combat anywhere between the effects of sitting down, to low impact exercises for those working through an injury. 

Because Jim spends so much time on planes, Kristin gave him this exercise to help him stretch during those long flights.
