They asked the stars how they did it, what did they use?
Where did they get it? How can we do it too? . . . . And they told them.
Who else would attempt to get Ellen ready to host the Academy Awards Show, or give her beauty tips while flying in a 747, or in the rain at Universal Studios in Orlando? The results were hilarious and led to many more appearance by Kym on Ellen’s Show. Kym has been invited to appear again this season and who knows what will happen, you won’t want to miss them.
The Ellen Show was not Kim’s first venture into the world of television. She has appeared on The Tyra Banks Show, The View, Good Day LA, and E! Entertainment Television, Soap Talk, The Morning Show with Mike and Juliet, Home and Family, Second City and even the Fashion Team on TV Guide Channel.
Graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism and Political Science from Oral Roberts University she was hired at WLUC- CBS in Marquette, Michigan anchoring the 6 & 11 PM news. In a market this small Kym was also cameraman, field reporter, sports and weather anchor at times.
The News Director sent her on an interview with an actor named Jerry Douglas and a year later she married the man she interviewed, who portrays John Abbot on the Young and The Restless. They moved to Los Angeles, have been married for 23 years, and have a 10 year old son, Hunter, a dog named Brady and 2 fish!
Once in Los Angeles Kym began at E! Entertainment Television doing celebrity reporting and hosting. Former Good Morning America Producer, Woody Frasier, who was putting together a 2-hour live daily show on The Family Channel called "Home and Family", spotted her. Joining Cristina Ferrare & Chuck Woolery, Kym became the entertainment and fashion co-host while continuing with E! In addition to reporting on Fox’s "Good Day LA" and hosting on HGTV, she co-hosts a nationally syndicated radio entertainment show with pianist Jim Brickman called "Your Weekend." Her career entered a new phase with "The Donny and Marie Show," where she found a home as their Lifestyle Reporter for two years.
The next chapter in Kim’s life has already been written "The Black Book Of Hollywood Diet Secrets" is available on Amazon.com and will be in all the major bookstores around the world. We can only imagine what Ellen will do with this.
