Inspiration that goes beyond our subconcious Jim, I realized after hearing your music and as a former pianist, the feeling it brings to the player and the recipients are indescribable. I also realized that I married the wrong man (after 7 yrs of marriage) when he had no interest in joining me to watch you play -- classical music is me and I guess after 7 years, he didn't really know me afterall. It's ok -- but deep love comes from within with is synonymous to beautiful music. This was important to me in a mate. -Cheryl Submitted By: Cheryl Hunt

your music calms me I am a mother of two teenage boys who are very active at their schools, I am a teacher as well. I live a very very busy and sometimes stressful life. From the very first time I hear your music I felt myself relax and simply be...me. Your CD Picture This, got me through my master's thesis! I played it over and over and over as I typed. It kept me focused and calm. Your song Never Alone, reminds me of my daughter who has chosen to live her life away from the faith and family where we raised her. It makes me cry, but it says all I can't seem to say to her. I have nearly all your CDs and keep them close at hand. During my breaks at school I place one in the CD player as I grade or go about my work. I also play your music as my students do their independent work, they enjoy it and it gives us all a peaceful work enviroment. You are a major part of what makes me thrive and I thank you for the joy you bring to myself and others. I missed you yet again in St. Louis, why do you always c

I had heard Jim Brickman's music before I met my husband without knowing who Jim Brickman was. I knew some songs and liked them, but I didn't know Jim was behind them. My husband was a big fan. When my husband and I began dating, Jim's music was the soundtrack to many of our romantic dates. I surprised my husband with tickets to a Jim Brickman concert in 2002. He surprised me with a proposal after the concert. Much of Jim's music was used in our wedding, including Destiny, which was our unity candle song. My mom gave us tickets to a Jim Brickman Christmas concert as a wedding gift. In December of 2009, my husband and I went to another Jim Brickman Christmas concert. I was 8 months pregnant, and my husband had emailed about Jim giving us a shout-out at the concert. He received an email back saying that Jim couldn't do that, but we could meet him after the concert. We had Jim autograph his Love Songs and Lullabies CD for our daughter Abby. Abby now has Jim Brickman playing in
